Intentional Strategies for a Brave Life.

ADHD can make life more frustrating and confusing. There is another way. Intentional, effective strategies, when applied with real commitment, will empower you to not only get more done, but also feel clear as your confidence grows. This is what drives me. Inspiring teens, adults, and couples to pursue what matters most, be willing to take risks, learn from mistakes, and feel alive doing it. This is a brave life.

Psychologist | ADHD Expert | Author | Speaker

Stack of five books on a wooden table about ADHD, including 'The ADHD Productivity Manual,' 'ADHD After Dark,' 'More Attention, Less Deficit,' 'INTEGRATIVE TREATMENT for ADULT ADHD,' and 'Understanding Your Brain, Get More Done.'

I love sharing information, whether in session, in front of an audience, at my keyboard, or speaking with the media. When it’s accurate and specific to the person’s situation, information changes lives. I’ve been in private practice for twenty-five years, done more than 800 presentations and podcast interviews, written five books on ADHD, co-chair one of the largest annual ADHD conferences in the world, and have appeared in national media.

My goal is to help people fully understand their situation and to give them the right strategies to create the life that they want to live. This goes beyond the hacks that promise too much and deliver too little. I challenge my clients, audiences, and readers to invest their energy and a little bit of courage to pursue what matters most to them.

Areas of Service

I have been in full-time private practice for more than twenty-five years specializing in diagnosing and treating adults and adolescents with ADHD. Over that time, I have done more than 40,000 client hours. That will teach you a lot about how people get stuck—and how to help individuals, couples, and families create a meaningful life.

Speaking

I present regularly, sometimes multiple times a week, on various aspects of managing and living with ADHD and related topics. My goal is not only to provide the right information that will best benefit my audience, but also to deliver it in a way that keeps them engaged and makes it easy to apply what they learned. A great presentation not only teaches, but also inspires.

It’s important to find a psychologist who can be helpful with the specific matters concerning you.
